Role Description
This is a full-commission on each building sale role for a Sales Representative, located in Bellevue, MI. The Construction Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, providing product education, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, creating quotes, following up with leads, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves a commission-only compensation structure.
Qualifications
- Based in or near Bellevue, Michigan
- Proven construction or trades background (you know how a building goes together)
- Strong Sales experience and negotiation skills (contractor sales, building products, pole barns, etc.)
- Driven, self-motivated, and ready to hustle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical product details
- Customer service experience and ability to maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in managing accounts and following up with leads
- Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, MI
- Previous experience in the construction or metal roofing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
