Responsibilities
- Answer calls in a polite and professional manner
- Utilize computer dispatch system
- Manage dispatching activities for calls in a timely manner
- Maintain effective communication with on call personal at various different companies
- Use analysis skills to troubleshoot issues and improve dispatching workflows
- Ensure accurate data entry into OnviCall Operator and other relevant systems for seamless operations
Skills
- Computer skill a plus but not needed as we can train
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analysis skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Effective dispatching experience a plus but not needed as we can train
- Superior communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal/written correspondence
- Typing proficiency for efficient data entry
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems for managing high call volumes
This role is integral to maintaining smooth transportation operations while providing opportunities for professional growth within the logistics sector. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
