The Merker Group, (a leading National legal recruiting firm), is working on 2 different roles for top Am Law 100 firms in Chicago. The candidates must have experience executing merger and acquisitions transactions for public and private companies, with a desired emphasis on drafting principal acquisition agreements and negotiation. Candidates must have direct and applicable big law firm experience. 4-8 years of experience is preferred. We have a unique relationship with both firms where we know the groups really well - and what they look for.
