This is a full-time on-site role as a Banquet Sous Chef located in Vallejo, CA. The Banquet Sous Chef will be responsible for food preparation, food service, cooking, maintaining food & beverage standards, and utilizing culinary skills in banquet operations.

- Experience in banquet operations and event catering
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and support teams
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
