Role Description
The Mercaldo Law Firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our on-site team in Tucson, AZ. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with pleadings and motions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating case management, maintaining organized records, and ensuring the timely filing of legal materials. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
- Skilled in Legal Research, with familiarity in identifying and interpreting pertinent laws and regulations.
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, and managing Pleadings and Motions.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a litigation supportive role are strongly preferred.
