What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Professional position at The Mental Wellness Center of Manhattan?
· Deliver individual, couples and family counseling services for a diverse clientele of all ages
· Generate a conceptualized diagnosis for treatment efficacy according to the DSM-V.
· Develop comprehensive individual treatment plans with clientele that are measurable/trackable
· Collaborate with other health care providers for client continuum of care as needed
· Provide case management services as needed to link clients to resources in their community
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
