The Business Program Coordinator is an essential role designed to serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated coordinator for businesses using our programs. This role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their unique needs and structure, followed by the development of tailored strategic proposals to effectively address these requirements. The coordinator is responsible for both initiating new client relationships and sustaining existing ones, ensuring continuous engagement and adaptation of programs to fit evolving business needs. Through strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and excellent relationship management, this position significantly influences the effectiveness of our business partnerships. The role is crucial for driving the organization's mission of enhancing health and wellness outcomes across various communities by leveraging business collaborations.

Responsibilities

Soliciting & Developing Relationships: Seeks out and develops new relationships with businesses to drive recruitment for the program. Utilizes various creative strategies including attending conferences and events, networking, social media campaigns, email marketing, community outreach, and word of mouth referrals.

Client Interaction & Plan Development: Engages directly with new clients to deeply understand their business structure and specific needs. Develops and refines tailored strategic plans through comprehensive interactions and feedback.

Maintaining Client Relationships: Manages ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement through regular updates and a dedicated client portal. Acts as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

Content Creation & Communication: Oversees the creation and dissemination of engaging content including newsletters, biweekly updates, and website content. Collaborates with external partners and internal teams to maintain a cohesive and informative communication strategy.

Event Management: Coordinates and leads the organization of business symposiums, handling everything from agenda setting to logistical support. Engages with speakers and sponsors to ensure events are informative and well-supported.

Process & Project Management: Acts as a process manager, overseeing the creation and revision of operational procedures related to client onboarding and program delivery. Manages a variety of projects, adapting processes and content to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required in social work, non profit management, public administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Google Suite, Adobe Suite (for creating interactive PDFs), Canva (for daily content creation), and Craft CMS (for website and portal management).
  • Experience using CRM tools for tracking leads and managing organizational information.
  • Strong creative vision for content creation and event planning, with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, crucial for fostering connections with a diverse range of business liaisons and stakeholders.
  • Effective management of multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong ability to articulate ideas and engage audiences on topics related to mental health, conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficient in delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences. Ability to articulate program objectives , outcomes, and impact effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to transport and deliver items to various event locations, and actively participate in the setup and teardown of events.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Some travel, mostly local, is occasionally required.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work schedule, following the remote work policy.
  • Assist in routine office cleaning and maintenance to ensure a tidy workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
