The Administrator oversees daily clinic operations, reports to regional management, and ensures growth, quality, and compliance.
- Develops strategies for program growth, manages patient scheduling, and meets financial targets.
- Reviews incident reports, promotes quality management, and maintains comprehensive patient documentation.
- Ensures legal and regulatory compliance, manages staff recruitment, training, and performance, and maintains a safe environment.
- Builds partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and vendors, and fosters positive community relations.
- Supervises equipment maintenance, manages supplies, and may assume nursing or CEO responsibilities as needed.
- Requires leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills, and prior dialysis management experience preferred.
- Must meet state-specific licensing and certification requirements, including RN licensure and CPR certification.
