Supervisors provide direct support to clients and staff and manage the day-to-day operations that will help maintain a successful program. This position requires on-call duties. Supervisors are responsible for managing the house budget, supervising of staff, and operating as the point person to ensure effective communication, consultation, and critical decision-making.
