What You’ll Do
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction through accurate testing and reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct routine testing and accurately analyze samples for internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with food safety programs including GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and FDA standards
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain testing equipment and logs
- Communicate quality, safety, and security concerns promptly to team members and leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
- Perform intra-lab checks and support sanitation and safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or related field preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing, laboratory testing, or quality assurance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
