What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests and help them explore the best of Greenport
- Use modern tech to create seamless, personalized stays
- Manage room inventory and guest requests alongside your team
- Coordinate premium experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure
- Work closely with housekeeping to ensure every room is guest-ready
- Recognize and tailor service for VIP and returning guests
- Join daily team huddles to keep things running smoothly
What You Bring
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a natural love for hospitality
- The ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep cool under pressure
- Comfort working independently while contributing to a team
- A willingness to learn new systems and technology
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right fit
