No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No selling products. Your job is to engage homeowners at live events, retail locations, and active installation sites while scheduling free in-home consultations for our design consultants.

Hourly Pay Performance Bonus:

Earn $1,200 - $2400/Week

Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Representing our company at home shows, retail locations, community events, and neighborhood promotions.
• Meeting homeowners, introducing our products and services, and creating a positive first impression.
• Generating qualified appointments for our design consultants.
• Promoting our services in neighborhoods where our installation crews are actively working.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company with confidence, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Assisting with event setup, marketing displays, and promotional materials.
• Accurately collecting customer information and scheduling appointments.

Previous experience in retail sales, event marketing, customer service, hospitality, telecommunications, home improvement, or brand ambassador programs is a plus—but not required. We hire for attitude, energy, and coachability.
