Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role based in Omaha, NE. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care including initial consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing management for conditions related to testosterone replacement therapy, sexual health, weight loss, and anti-aging. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications and therapies, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care, while documenting all encounters accurately in the medical record. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and other clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant care, and may participate in quality improvement and protocol development.

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nebraska
  • Clinical experience in primary care, endocrinology, urology, men’s health, or related specialties, with comfort managing hormone therapy and sexual health concerns.
  • Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and prescribing, with a focus on evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to educate patients on lifestyle changes, weight management, and preventive health strategies in a clear, empathetic manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and to manage a consistent full-time patient schedule on-site.
  • BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS and prior experience in outpatient clinic settings are preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training related to testosterone therapy, peptides, anti-aging protocols, and advances in men’s health.
