What You Will Own & Achieve
1. Operational & Shift Excellence
Flawless Shift Execution: Lead daily floor operations with precision, setting the tone for energy, speed, and hospitality during every lunch and dinner service.
Meticulous Detail Standards: Maintain relentless oversight of dining room readiness, floor cleanliness, health & safety compliance, and guest touchpoints.
Problem-Solving & Leadership: Act as the direct operational point of contact during service, stepping in to resolve guest concerns, support floor staff, and optimize service flow.
2. Premium Beverage & FOH Standards
Cocktail & Beverage Leadership: Utilize working knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bartending standards to maintain high beverage quality, accurate pour controls, and bar efficiency.
Elevated Service Delivery: Coach FOH team members on elevated, step-of-service hospitality, ensuring guest loyalty and high review scores.
3. Team Development & Culture
Culture Champion: Model high ethical standards, open communication, and high moral integrity in every interaction.
Mentorship & Accountability: Conduct effective pre-shift lineups, ongoing staff training, and constructive coaching to maintain low turnover and high team morale.
What We Are Looking For (Applicant Profile)
Proven Experience: 2 years of full-service management experience in an elevated, high-volume dining or upscale casual environment.
Beverage Fluency: Baseline working knowledge of craft cocktails, spirit categories, and full-service bar management best practices.
Character & Mindset: Self-starter attitude with high moral integrity, strong professional ethics, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
Flexibility: Open availability to work peak restaurant hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, within a balanced 40–45 hour workweek.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during active shifts and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Full-Service Management: Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in a high-volume, full-service upscale dining environment (fast-food, quick-service, or non-restaurant retail management experience will not be considered).
- Professional Accountability: Demonstrated track record of high moral integrity, punctuality, and professional reliability. Candidates with a history of unexcused absences, job-hopping without growth, or pattern attendance issues need not apply.
- Schedule Ownership: Unrestricted flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays within a structured 40–45 hour workweek. Reliable personal transportation and open communication availability during scheduled operational windows are required.
