Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a part-time, on-site role located in Danvers Massachusetts, supporting brokerage activities and business development for The Mega Group’s commercial real estate team members. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to property owners and investors, and supporting the preparation of and marketing materials. Daily responsibilities include managing online listings, coordinating property marketing campaigns, analyzing market data, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal databases. The specialist will assist with client communications, and respond to inquiries. Collaboration with the Principal Broker and identifying new marketing opportunities is expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and support closing activities.
- Experience in MS Excel & Word, Adobe PhotoShop, and marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, marketing, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools such as Constant Contact, and basic data analysis for market and property research.
- Ability to work on-site in Danvers Massachusetts, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in an always-changing environment.
- No college degree required.
