Optometrist - Full Time or Part Time

A respected, community-focused eye care practice within a not-for-profit critical access hospital system is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong demand, as the current provider transitions toward retirement.

Position Highlights
Work-Life Balance:
- Flexible 3–5 day workweek
- Daytime hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No call requirements
Desirable Practice Setting & Environment:
- Not-for-profit critical access hospital system
- Modern clinic (built within the last several years)
- Two fully equipped exam lanes with updated optometry technology
- Average 12–15 patients per day
- Strong reputation with high patient satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits
Financial Package:
- Competitive salary: $150,000 – $200,000 annually
- Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $6,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota
