Opportunity Overview:
Seeking an Optometrist to join a well-established, thriving private practice specializing in Cataract Surgery and LASIK procedures. Join a growing and supportive team of 35 staff members, including Ophthalmologists and Optometrists. This is a medical diagnosis-driven practice and does not offer routine visits, no optical center, and no pediatrics. The focus is on high-quality care for patients requiring cataract surgery and LASIK procedures.
Position Highlights:
- Perform advanced ophthalmic procedures using the latest state-of-the-art equipment
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a half-day off during the week, no weekends
- Manage an average caseload of 40-60 patients per day
- Maintain a fast-paced yet manageable work environment, striking a balance between excitement and preventing burnout
- Work within a modern clinic, featuring 15 exam rooms and top-of-the-line equipment

Qualifications:
- Degree: Doctor of Optometry (O.D.)
