The Medicare Family is a nationally licensed insurance agency headquartered in Noblesville, Indiana. We help seniors nationwide understand and enroll in Medicare plans with integrity, clarity, and care. Our company is expanding rapidly, and we’re seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead, support, and develop a team of high-performing sales agents.


Position Overview

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of 8–12 licensed sales agents. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, accountability, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure every agent performs at a high level, adheres to CMS and company regulations, and consistently delivers an exceptional experience to prospective clients. You’ll monitor calls, provide structured feedback, assist in onboarding and training, and partner with leadership to drive performance metrics across the sales floor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of 8–12 inside sales agents in a fast-paced, inbound call environment
  • Monitor calls for performance, compliance, and adherence to sales scripts and best practices
  • Provide real-time coaching, constructive feedback, and follow-up training
  • Lead weekly one-on-one performance reviews and small-group coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with management to establish and track KPIs for conversion rate, call quality, and compliance
  • Assist with onboarding, licensing coordination, and ramp-up of new sales hires
  • Work cross-functionally with operations and client services to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-oriented sales culture


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance, call center, or financial services
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a metrics-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of sales process, coaching techniques, and call compliance standards
  • Strong communication and leadership presence with ability to motivate individuals and teams
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot experience preferred) and call monitoring tools
  • Must work in-office, Monday–Thursday, 8:45 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 8:45 AM–5:00 PM
  • Active Health Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one
  • Clean background and credit check required
