The Medical Team is seeking an experienced Supervisor who will directly supervise multiple Home Health Aides (PCAs, MAs, CNAs, etc) in Independent Living Facility.
Duties include management functions, such as conducting performance reviews, disciplinary functions, conducting training, customer service and employee relations, in addition to overseeing daily activities, manage staff, oversee activities directly related to patient's care.
Additional qualifications include:
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years caregiving experience
- Must work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Associate (Preferred)
