ey Responsibilities:

- upervisory Oversight : Provide guidance and support to Personal Care Attendants within the Primary Home Care department. S
- ervice Monitoring : Ensure that client services are executed according to task assignments and adhere to agency policies. O
- nsite Assessments : Periodically assess the quality of services provided at clients' homes. C
- lient Communication : Engage with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction with services. I
- ssue Reporting : Report any concerns or issues to the appropriate agency staff for resolution. T
- raining and Orientation : Orient Personal Care Attendants to new client assignments, explaining tasks and schedules while assessing their competency. P
- erformance Evaluation : Evaluate the job performance of attendants and provide constructive feedback. D
- ocumentation and Compliance : Complete necessary documentation and supervisory visit reports, including all relevant information regarding client services. C
- lient Coordination : Notify family members or physicians of significant changes in a client’s health or safety and coordinate care with agency programs. Q
ualifications/Experience:
E
- ducation : Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D.; completion of two years at an accredited college or university preferred (substitutable with relevant supervisory experience). E
- xperience : 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, home care agency, or community agency is required; 2 years of experience in home and community care is preferred. L
- anguage Skills : Bilingual proficiency is required. L
- icenses : Valid State Driver’s License with a good driving record. P
