Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing personnel, hospice aides, homemakers, support, and clerical staff in collaboration with the management team.
• Participate in management discussions to address service delivery challenges and staff development needs while recommending policy and procedure enhancements.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient and family needs, ensuring the implementation of a comprehensive interdisciplinary care plan.
• Set a high standard for colleagues in terms of professionalism, conduct, and performance.
• Contribute to the orientation and training of new employees through engaging classes.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Virginia
• A minimum of two (2) years of RN experience in hospice care
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
