We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced full time Patient Experience Coordinator, for our Nashua, NH location, to assist our Practice Manager in managing and growing The Medical Skin Clinic.
The person we are looking for is someone who is very knowledgeable and is comfortable helping this team continue to thrive. The right candidate should be outgoing, warm and welcoming, compassionate, creative, flexible, detail oriented, a team player, have exemplary communication skills, and a passion for the aesthetic industry. Must have MS Office and google work space skills, point of sale experience, and can navigate around a computer and the internet. Knowledge of medical spa software is a plus as well as social media, and marketing experience.

Spa Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Reception Team Management
· Facilities Management
· Creating a positive and fun drama free environment
· Help to coordinate team bonding activities
· Making sure the front desk is covered for all advertised hours
· Daily reconciliation
· Participate in helping to reach sales goals
· Help drive membership
· Help to facilitate marketing and social media
· Greet patients and prospects with a warm and welcoming presence and attitude
· Support Practice Manager with projects as needed
· Learn and utilize all software and systems efficiently with capabilities of teaching to others
· Accurately enter appointments and manage daily transactions
· Promote Spa services, gift cards, packages, and promotions across all businesses
· Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and emails efficiently, effectively, and courteously
· Attend all in house training and education when necessary and appropriate
· Mentor new team members and assist them in learning
· Manage Schedules in POS system
· Manage and Update Google Documents in Google Work Space
· Call prospects with the goal of converting them to appointments and patients
· Inventory management responsibilities
· Follow up with all new patients with hand written thank you notes
Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. This position includes paid time off, health insurance, 401k and bonuses based on performance.
