We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and communication.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and calendar management is required.
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
- Personal assistant experience is beneficial for supporting executive staff as needed.
