What You'll Do
- Assist walk-in customers in finding the best-fit medical products for their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and guide customers through usage instructions
- Manage point-of-sale and basic inventory activities
- Develop new referrals by visiting local independent and assisted living communities 2–3 times per month
- Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional needs
- Support and collaborate with in-store Retail Specialists as a peer leader
Who You Are
- A natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life (especially older adults and caregivers).
- A consultative salesperson—someone who listens before recommending
- A disciplined yet flexible approach to managing their daily sales tasks and outreach
- A relationship builder with natural empathy, especially toward elderly customers and caregivers

What You Bring
- 2 years in retail sales or a customer-facing role (medical equipment experience preferred)
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable local transportation
- Comfort with POS and inventory systems (training provided)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
