Summary
As a Medal Painter at Medalcraft Mint, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for applying high-quality enamel to our custom-designed medals and awards. This role is great for anyone who has a love for art or craftsmanship and would like to put those skills to use!
Responsibilities
- Mix paint and enamel to match specific PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors at an expected rate of speed once trained.
- Apply paint or enamel to medals with precision and attention to detail.
- Properly place product in oven or shelf as needed in the drying process
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Fine detail experience very helpful, such as crafting, tattooing, cosmetology, nail technician, painting, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of color theory and application techniques is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to medal painting.
