• $41k-$60K /year – hourly base plus hourly commission on every billed hour, so your work actually pays you back
• Weekly team bonus on top of your production, because when the shop wins, you win too
• Health insurance – 50% employer-paid

• 10 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days, accrued annually

• No weekends. Ever. Monday–Friday, 8 to 5, and that's it

ABOUT THE MECHANICS TIRE & AUTO:

We first opened our doors back in 2017, and we've spent every year since building something the community actually trusts. We're a full-service shop that works on just about everything, domestic, import, Euro, fleet, and light-duty diesel, and we back our work with a 24-month/24,000-mile nationwide warranty. We're proud members of the Automotive Service and Tire Alliance and a TechNet Professional Facility.

And we're growing fast.

Our owner's got a goal of reaching 10 locations in the next decade, and for the right people, that growth means real opportunity, not just a bigger name on the sign. We're still a team-and-family shop at heart though. Our owner's dad is on-site very day helping out.

SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in changing oil, mounting and balancing tires, and performing preventative maintenance services.
• You're ready to work in a fun, family-oriented atmosphere.
• You can turn hours and stay productive without someone standing over your shoulder
• You keep busy and get the job done, but you're personable when the work's finished and part of the team
• You're ready to learn new skills like brakes, alignments, and more.
• You're comfortable working independently or grabbing the foreman when a second set of eyes helps
