The Mechanics B Tech Minimum Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Fill out a digital vehicle inspection on every vehicle.
- Complete assigned vehicle task in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Maintain customer satisfaction with every vehicle.
- Maintain our core values.
- Produce 30-40 billable hours per week.
Salary and compensation:
- $38,000-$43,000 base salary, plus great commission!
- Weekly bonus opportunity.
- Estimated $55,000-$83,000 total compensation with no commission cap.
- Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k), with voluntary dental, vision, and more.

Desired Experience:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 2 years of professional automotive experience required.
- Full vehicle lookovers and digital vehicle inspections.
- Engine and drivability diagnostics preferred.
- Oil changes.
- Preventative maintenance services and fluid flushes.
- Suspension work (ball joints, shocks and struts, tie rods, etc.) and alignment experience.
- Brake replacements.
- Tire mounting, balancing, and flat repairs.
