Role Description
The School-Based Resident Therapist provides individual and group therapy services to students and delivers behavior support interventions in the school setting. This role involves close collaboration with school staff, families, and clinical supervisors to support students’ social-emotional development and academic success. The position is part-time, with a preferred schedule of two to three days per week during school hours, and is designed for clinicians who are committed to student-centered, school-based mental health care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Psychology Associate (LPA), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), or Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)
- Experience providing therapy and or behavioral support
- Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Comfort and competency working with children and adolescents
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
