What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director - Long Term Care position at The Meadows of Marion?
The Meadows of Marion, a brand new skilled nursing facility in Marion, OH is looking for a qualified Maintenance Director to join our team! As Director you will be engaged with the Administrator to complete both short and long-term tasks. You will be tasked with maintaining this beautiful new building. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and sustaining a successful PM schedule, management of outside vendors, and overseeing all facility properties for environmental satisfaction.
The successful candidate has the opportunity to interact with residents daily, while maintaining the facilities’ regulatory obligation to the Ohio Department of Health and NFPA Guidelines.
The Director will be responsible for maintaining the facility and meeting all expected Life Safety guidelines, NFPA regulations, and ODH expectations.
