What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper-Full Time position at The Meadows of Fond du Lac?

We are currently looking to fill a FULL-TIME Housekeeping position. This position works 40 hours per week. Hours are dayshift M-F.
Our housekeepers are responsible for keeping our Guests' apartments and our building sparkling clean! Housekeepers work under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, Team Lead and/or Community Manager and in accordance with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Experience working with frail elderly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, including good grammar, spelling, punctuation skills and ability to proofread accurately.
- Physically able to use all necessary housekeeping equipment (vacuums, floor scrubber, mops etc..
- Ability to communicate with and respect the needs of older adults with infirmities of aging.
- Must possess a commitment to the belief that all people have the right to dignity, respect, opportunity and full community inclusion.
- Must have basic knowledge of cleaning.
- Must be neat and clean in appearance.
- CPR, First Aid, and C.B.R.F. Fire Safety certification.
- Must have a cleared and approved criminal record check and drug screen.
- Must have legal employment status in the U.S.
