Position Summary
This position is strictly commission based. Commission is set at $500 per event booked by the Wedding Venue Sales Closer. This person is responsible for facilitating tours with our prospects, with the ultimate goal of booking new events for our venue. This role requires someone who can be flexible during the week when it comes to scheduling tours, with an understanding that only limited time is needed each week for those duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader needing flexibility during the work week.
We are seeking a Wedding Venue Sales Closer with a proven track record of high conversion rates in the wedding industry or other relevant luxury services. The Sales Closer is responsible for converting qualified/vetted leads into booked events by guiding couples through the venue touring process. It is expected that this employee will have the confidence and professionalism to make a great first impression with our guests, while also offering a consultative sales approach to build relationships that is specifically catered to each party. The Sales Closer is expected to reach our target conversion rate of 30% based on total tours carried out by the employee. The sole responsibility of the Sales Closer will be to convert leads to closed contracts for weddings and events.
