Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented paralegal to join our small team. You’ll work closely with our attorneys and play a key role in keeping matters moving—this is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being an essential part of a tight-knit firm.
Responsibilities
- Help attorneys with legal research and case prep
- Keep case files organized and up to date (both electronic and hard copy)
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents like contracts, pleadings, discovery, and client correspondence
- Review and organize documents and evidence for litigation and transactions
- Assist with projects across different practice areas, including IP, General Corporate, Employment and Commercial Litigation
- Handle scheduling, deadlines, and calendars (and help make sure nothing slips through the cracks)
- Provide general administrative and executive support as needed to keep the office running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Paralegal experience, ideally across areas like commercial litigation, IP, corporate, or employment law
- Comfort using legal research tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Strong writing and proofreading skills—you have a good eye for detail
- Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with document review and contract management
- Professional and friendly communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Experience supporting a busy law office is a plus
