Part-time Receptionist
Shift: Monday's, Tuesday's & Friday's (3:30p-8:00p) and Every other weekend 2:30p - 8:00p (Saturday & Sunday)
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our facility. You’ll assist visitors, answer calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, families, and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and processing forms.
- Coordinate resident appointments and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and customer service-oriented.
