LPN Nurse Supervisor
Rate: $32.00hour to $34.00/hour Plus Sign-On-Bonus $3,000
Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00PM or Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:00am

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and guide LPN and CNA staff on your unit
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Provide hands-on care and assist with treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead by example, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment
- Support the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations
What You’ll Need:
- Active LPN or RN
- Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Leadership skills with a compassionate, team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A true passion for senior care
