The McGuire Group is hiring an experienced Temporary Admission Screener and work directly within hospital settings, supporting patient discharge planning and admissions to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Position is budgeted until January 2027 with potential to become permeant.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare experience, strong knowledge of medical documentation and charts, and familiarity with hospital discharge workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Screen hospital patients for admission to skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities

Review and evaluate medical records, charts, and clinical documentation

Coordinate with hospital case managers, social workers, and clinical teams

Support discharge planning and ensure accurate, compliant admissions

Communicate admission decisions clearly with facility admissions and leadership teams
Qualifications

Healthcare experience required (hospital, rehab, SNF, admissions, or case management preferred)

Experience working with medical documentation, patient charts, and discharge processes
