Business/Transactional Attorney
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (In-Person)

Compensation: $200,000 – $500,000 (Performance-Based)

The McCullough Group, a respected Salt Lake City law firm, is seeking an experienced Business/Transactional Attorney (or general civil practice attorney) with a portable book of business to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial team.

What We’re Looking For
- 6 years of legal experience in business transactions, real estate, or M&A
- A portable book of business (required)
- Strong academic credentials and client relationship skills
- A Utah Bar license in good standing
- A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting
You’ll contribute to our existing transactional and M&A work while continuing to grow your own client base—with the full support of our team and resources.
