Role Description

This part-time on-site position is located in New York, NY. The Micromobility Specialist will assist in providing exceptional service to our customers, including guiding them in selecting the right electric scooter, overseeing scooter rentals, and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary. The role also involves managing inventory, organizing accessories, and ensuring the showroom is clean and presentable. Additionally, the specialist will provide advice on scooter care and upkeep to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electric scooters and micromobility products, including familiarity with different models, performance metrics, and features.
• Customer service and communication skills to assist customers with purchases, rentals, and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills to conduct minor scooter repairs and ensure equipment functionality.
• Organizational and inventory management skills to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom and storage areas.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, along with the flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments.
• Previous experience in retail, micromobility, or technical repair roles is a plus.
• Passion for sustainable and innovative urban transportation solutions.
