We’re hiring someone with a strong work ethic who wants to learn, take responsibility, and grow their earnings. Previous healthcare experience is welcome; paid training is available for entry-level applicants.
The work
Help organize patient flow, guide patients into rooms, assist with documentation and patient materials, and keep clinical areas clean and prepared. Training in doctor-directed spinal decompression assistance follows once the initial responsibilities are mastered.
We average approximately 60 patient visits per day. Patient hours involve frequent standing, walking, and hands-on assistance.

Reliability, punctuality, good memory, and close attention to detail are essential. We expect a clean, professional appearance, calm and respectful communication, accurate work, and thorough cleaning.
You must be willing to follow procedures, apply feedback, and complete tasks consistently.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m.– approximately 6:20 p.m., with lunch from noon–1 p.m.
Patient hours: 9 a.m.–noon and 3–6 p.m. Other working hours include preparation, documentation, and clinic organization.
Part-time starting schedules are available. Full-time is approximately 37 hours per week, with three-day weekends on the regular schedule.
Pay and development
- Entry-level paid training starts at $18/hour.
- Earning potential of approximately $28/hour in combined hourly pay and performance bonuses when fully trained and performing the full role. Earnings vary with responsibilities, performance, and clinic volume.
- Higher starting pay and full-time placement are negotiable for experienced applicants after a skills assessment.
- Opportunities for additional training and seminars with employer-covered travel expenses.
