What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mattress Sales Associate position at The Mattress Doctor?
Top area mattress retailer looking for an experienced mattress sales professional with a history of selling mattresses and/or furniture with good customer service skills, attention to detail, fun and outgoing personality able to talk easily with customers. Must have experience with mattress or furniture sales, work with MS windows, must be physically strong due to heavy lifting of mattresses after the sale for "customer take with" and pick up items and occasionally product movements in the store, etc.
*Staring base pay $20/hour Part time hours offered on certain days for UPTO 32 hours a week, paid bi weekly.
*Plus a bonus - additional 4% of your monthly Sales totals for Monthly Commission Bonus, bonus paid next pay period in the following month.
Availability Monday 10-7, Tuesday 10-6, Thursday 10-6, Fridays 10-7p and/ or Saturday 10-6p, must be flexible to work as scheduled 16- 32 hours a week at the Pekin store, regular store hours on these days, hours scheduled in advance.
Must have verifiable work sales experience for this position.
Valid Drivers License and own vehicle to get to and from work.
