Responsibilities


  • Client Consultation: Take the time to understand each client's unique insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Sales and Account Management: Proactively generate new leads, close sales, and nurture existing client relationships to maximize retention and growth.
  • Policy Review: Regularly review client policies to ensure coverage is up-to-date and address any gaps or changes in their circumstances.
  • Claims Assistance: Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims, providing support throughout the process.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements


  • Licensing: Must hold a valid North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and articulate insurance options.
  • Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to help clients and provide exceptional service.
  • Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for sales and growth.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all client interactions.

Salary : $35,000 - $90,000
