In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging visual content that highlights the quality, transformation, and impact of our work. From before-and-after shots to behind-the-scenes footage and short-form videos, your creativity will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence. Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
· Ability to shoot quality photos/videos (DSLR or mirrorless preferred)
· Basic editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve).
· A creative eye for storytelling with the ability to transform everyday work to an engaging visual.
· Understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and movement to create visually compelling content.
· Dependability with the ability to meet deadlines.
· Strong communication skills with the to take direction and provide creative feedback.
· A positive, friendly personality, we care a lot about brand voice!
Key Responsibilities
· Capture high-quality photos and videos of jobsites, before/after’s, crews, equipment, customer testimonials, and seasonal projects (including holiday lighting).
· Create engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok-style edits, Facebook videos).
· Produce and edit YouTube-ready videos (2–6 minutes).
· Organize and schedule content on social media.
· Create simple graphics or text overlays when needed.
· Creative brainstorming for campaigns.
Minimum Required Experience and Education
· Highschool diploma
· 1 year of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or a related creative field
· Experience creating visual content for social media, websites, or digital platforms.
· Basic knowledge of camera operation and video production workflows.
· Portfolio showcasing photo and video work that highlights creativity, technical ability, and storytelling skills.
