What You’ll Do
Be a Vital Caregiver
- Deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of the Resident Care Director
- Administer medications and follow individualized care plans
Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident care updates effectively
Lead and Inspire
- Supervise and support Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
- Assist with daily assignments and team coordination
Make a Difference Every Day
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes
- Assist physicians during rounds
Ensure Comfort and Joy
- Support resident services, including mealtime oversight and daily comfort
Grow and Share
- Help train and mentor new team members
What You’ll Need
- Current and valid New York State LPN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2 years of experience preferred (but passion matters most!)
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus

Schedule Details
- Full-time
- Every other weekend required
- On-call rotation: Friday–Monday (one weekend per month)
