Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. This role is an independent contractor position. You will pay a daily rate for the room and will be assigned massages through online scheduling and Phone call booking lrovided by the company. Yes you can fill gaps on your own schedule with your own clients. everything is provided except for lotions and hot towels. You are provided with 5 sets of sheets to clean yourself.and reuse. Fully finished room. Heated table, towel warmer, hot stones, fan and a beautiful aesthetic room.
In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, focusing on deep tissue techniques to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their health goals through expert massage therapy.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions, specializing in medium to deep tissue massage tailored to individual client needs.
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on their health concerns and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients during each session.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, explaining treatment procedures, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations, safety standards, and best practices within the massage therapy industry. Retain liability insurance at all times.
- Stay informed about new techniques and advancements in massage therapy to continually improve skills and service quality.
Requirements
- Valid and current license as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations.
- Proven experience in performing deep tissue massage with a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess client needs and deliver appropriate treatments.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a high standard of hygiene at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help clients improve their health and wellness.
