From helping customers make product selections to coordinating orders and ensuring timely communication, you'll be a trusted resource and key contributor to our success.

What You'll Do
Every day brings something different. You'll spend your time assisting customers, coordinating orders, supporting sales efforts, and helping ensure projects stay on track.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting showroom clients with product selections and recommendations
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Providing accurate pricing, product availability, and order information
- Processing customer sales orders and purchase orders
- Coordinating sample requests and product information for customers
- Communicating order status, timelines, and updates proactively
- Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally
- Working closely with warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and availability
- Supporting outside sales representatives and project-related requests
- Maintaining showroom displays and merchandising standards
- Following company procedures and documentation requirements
- Contributing to customer satisfaction, client retention, and sales growth

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Experience managing orders, inventory inquiries, or customer accounts preferred
