Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Banquet Bartender located in Detroit, MI. As a Banquet Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests in accordance with event requirements, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations. You will also interact directly with guests, ensuring positive experiences by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout events. Collaborating with the event team will be key to delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively
- Proficiency in Bartending and knowledge of Food & Beverage service
- Attention to detail and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixing techniques, and safe alcohol service guidelines
- Previous experience in a banquet, catering, or event setting preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when required
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess the necessary certifications, including alcohol serving permits, as required by state law
