What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Group Fitness Instructor position at The Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission?
Mind and Body (Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, etc.) Fitness (Strength Training, Boot Camp, etc.) Dance (Zumba, Line Dance, etc.)
Ability to set up and facilitate as the lead of a formatted class with varying skill levels dealing with overall fitness performance. Provide exceptional customer service to class patrons
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older. Possess a valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification or complete CPR/First Aid/AED training within the first 6 months of hire. Possess a combination of education, experience, and certifications relevant to the instructional field. Have access to reliable transportation. Interview and complete a class demonstration within a 15-minute time frame with a Health and Wellness Specialist.
Work schedules may include a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Indoor and outdoor working environment.

Salary : $37,440
