What are the responsibilities and job description for the Northern Recreation & Leisure Services - Customer Service Representative - Seasonal/Year-Round position at The Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission?
Responding to inquiries in person, and by phone Processing program registrations, memberships, and facility reservations Handling payments and basic recordkeeping Assisting with administrative tasks and daily facility operations Ensure safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment while supporting staff, programs, and events across the division
All selected candidates must display excellent customer service skills. Requires periods of standing, frequent walking, repeated bending, stretching, or reaching. Minimum age of 18.
High School Diploma/GED First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (Training classes available)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with well others and be part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills General cleaning of buildings
May be subject to drug and alcohol testing.
