Job Description: The Physical Therapist (PT) conducts a variety of specialized tests and measures related to a patient's strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, etc.; scores and interprets findings and utilizes information in the development of the care plan. This position will assess a patients condition by evaluating their mental, emotional and physical status related to their impairment and the physician's medical diagnosis/referral. EDUCATION: Bachelors/Masters Degree or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy required. EXPERIENCE: Six months of related experience and/or training preferred. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES: Current physical therapy license from the State of Nebraska required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
