The Mary Campbell Center serves individuals in the community who have physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We provide individualized support to meet the specialized needs of each person we serve whether it be through intermediate or long-term care, respite services or our children & youth programs. Our Mission is to discover, grow, and celebrate abilities of our residents. We envision a day when every resident's dream becomes a reality. We will get there through an engaged Staff, equipped with the technology and resources to provide a homelike atmosphere, to help each resident live their best life.
Minimum Requirements
An RCT at The Mary Campbell Center must 1) be a good person of high character who demonstrates compassion and understanding, works with a positive attitude and to advocates responsibly on behalf of residents who have varying degrees of disabilities and 2) possesses a High School diploma or equivalent; a current CNA license issued by the State of Delaware; maintains current BLS certification; interacts appropriately with all levels of personnel within a team environment; can to read and write and demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills; possesses the ability to lift and transfer an adult and use a lift device proficiently when required.
Special Note: We are also looking for RCT's that would be interested in obtaining their Lifeguard Certification to assist with pool activities
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
