Where You Come In
As a Production Associate I, you will play a key role in supporting daily production operations and ensuring our custom millwork products meet the highest quality standards. This position works hands-on with production equipment, tools, and materials across multiple manufacturing departments including metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, woodworking, packing, and shipping. You will help keep production running efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What You’ll Do
Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties
Operate manufacturing equipment including metal fabrication machinery, hand tools, and power tools
Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for production
Monitor production equipment to maintain quality and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprint drawings
Use measurement tools including tape measures (to 1/16”), dial calipers, and Vernier calipers
Select and program adjustments within machine computer systems as needed
Assist shop maintenance technicians when equipment support is required
Maintain a safe and clean workspace
Follow established safety rules and regulations
Assist in other departments as needed to support production flow
Participate in project teams focused on operational improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
1–2 years of experience setting up and operating manufacturing equipment
Ability to read blueprints and perform flat layout measurements
Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, multiplication, and division
High School Diploma or GED (technical school training is a plus)
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Pay & Schedule
Full-time position. Pay and schedule will be discussed during the interview process and are based on experience.
